The mill specializes in the production of electric-welded steel pipe produced by a method of submerged arc welding. Pipe produced by a method of induction welding with high-frequency are used for oil and gas trunk pipelines.

Product portfolio:
 
  • Small-diameter pipes out of carbon steel grades: dimensions – 21.3 – 114.3 mm;
  • Shaped pipes out of carbon steel grades: dimensions – 17х17-100х80 mm;
  • Medium-diameter pipes out of carbon and low-alloyed steel grades: dimensions – 159 – 530 mm; and
Company’s production facilities include the following:
 
  • “159-529” shop for production of 159 – 530 mm diameter pipes with 4.5 – 10 mm wall thickness, made with high-frequency induction welding; and
  • “20-76” shop (4 mills) for production of 20 – 114 mm carbon steel pipes with 2 – 4 mm wall thickness, as well as shaped pipes with dimensions from 17х17 to 100х80 mm and 2 – 4 mm wall thickness.
The Company has been certified for compliance with a number of international standards, including:
 
  • Quality Management System complies with ISO 9001 and API Q1 international standards, and national DSTU ISO 9001 standard;
  • Environmental Management System has been certified in accordance with ISO 14001 standard;
  • Pipe products have been certified for compliance with national standards and the CIS standards (GOST, TU), as well as international standards API 5L PSL 1 and 2, ASTM, EN, and GOST;
