Interpipe NTRP – Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine

Interpipe NTRP is dedicated to production of seamless pipe for the energy sector. 2013 production totaled 414 026 tons of pipe and 210 405 tons of railway wheels.

Product range:

• For the oil and gas industry: seamless casing from 140 to 340 mm with wall thickness from 6.4 to 15.4 mm, line pipe from 42 to 377 mm with wall thickness from 4.5 to 65 mm
• For machinery and power generation: seamless pipe from 33 to 377 mm with wall thickness from 4 to 65 mm, including pipe for submerged pumps and engines from 87 to 159 mm with wall thickness from  3 to 8 mm; ball bearing pipe from 36 to 183 mm with wall thickness from  3.6 to 38 mm; precision pipe from 35 to 108 mm with wall thickness from  3.5 to 18 mm, for other industries: seamless pipe from 33 to 377 mm with wall thickness from  4 to 65 mm
• Forged wheels for locomotives, passenger carriages and freight cars, underground trains from  650 to 1269 mm, tires from 690 to 1260 mm

• Pipe products in compliance with API 5CT, API 5L, EN (DIN), ASTM, GOST and customer specifications
• Wheel products in compliance with UIC – Merkblatt 812-3V, 812-2V, sowie DB BN 918 277, AAR M 107, ГОСТ 1091

Melting shop:

• 4 open-hearth furnaces
• Out-of-furnace steel treatment, including ladle and vacuum degassing unit

Tube-rolling shop with plug mill (diameter from 73 to168 mm):

• General finishing and testing floor
• Non-destructive ultrasonic testing
• Pipe and coupling threading line, hydrotesting
• Chamfering, hydrotesting
• Coating and bundling

Tube-rolling shop with pilger mill (diameter from 168 to 377 mm):

• General finishing and testing floor
• Oil and gas pipe quenching and tempering line
• Non-destructive testing (ultrasonic and magnetic)
• Pipe and coupling threading line, hydrotesting, coating and bundling floors

Tube-rolling shop with Assel mill (diameter from 76 to 203 mm):

• General finishing and testing floor
• Cold rolling line of special application pipe from 87 to 159 mm (pipe for submerged pumps and engines, fin-type tubes)
• Hot rolled ball bearing pipe boring floor
• Cold rolling line of special application pipe from 34 to 170 м (ball bearing, precision and boiler pipe and tube)
• Special pipe normalizing and seam annealing floor
• Non-destructive ultrasonic testing

• Forging-rolling line for production of wheels from 650 to 1269 mm
